How to make
1 Cut the cucumber & carrot like potato sticks, remove the seeds from the cucumber, wash thoroughly (set aside)
2. Puree the spices except (red chilies), cut the chilies diagonally.
3 Heat the oil and saute the spices and chilies until fragrant.
4. Add a little water, stir, add the carrots and cucumber and stir.
5 Add the seasoning, stir and wait until cooked.
6. Correct the taste, serve.
