• 3 hot dogs

• 3 hot dog buns

• Butter (for brushing)

• Mozzarella cheese (shredded)

• Fresh parsley (chopped)

1. Prep the Hot Dogs:
   Score the top of each hot dog. Place on a tray, brush with melted butter and parsley.

2. Bake:
   Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 10–12 minutes until crisp.

3. Toast the Buns:
   Brush the insides with butter. Toast in a skillet for 1–2 minutes until golden.
