Triple Layered Chocolate Vanilla Mousse: A Decadent Dessert for Any Occasion

Dark chocolate 60 g
Gelatin 10 g
Water 1/5 cup
Heavy cream 1 cup
Sugar 60 g
Milk 2 4/5 cups
Vanilla extract 2 tsp
Cocoa powder 1 tbsp
Cocoa (for garnish) to taste

👩‍🍳 How to Make It

Step 1:
Mix gelatin and water in a bowl and set aside.
In a pot, combine heavy cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla. Heat gently.

Step 2:
Add gelatin to the pot, stir well. Remove 400 ml of the mixture and set aside.
Add cocoa powder to the remaining mixture and continue cooking.

Step 3:
Remove another 400 ml and set aside.
Add dark chocolate to the pot and stir until melted.

Step 4:
Pour the chocolate layer into glasses. Chill 40 min.
Add the cocoa layer. Chill 30 min.
Add the vanilla layer. Chill 40 min.

Step 5:
Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
