Beat condensed milk with peaches! The best creamy no-bake dessert!
Ingredients:
- 500g fresh peaches, peeled and diced
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 200g crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Directions:
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the condensed milk until smooth.
- Add in the diced peaches and vanilla extract, mix until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peach mixture.
- In a separate bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9×9 inch baking dish to form the crust.
- Pour the peach mixture over the crust and spread it out evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
- Before serving, garnish with fresh mint leaves.
