Easy Sweet Breakfast Apple & Cinnamon Frittata

Milk 120 ml
00 Flour 60 grams
Granulated sugar 40 grams
Raisins 15 grams
Lemon 1
Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
Powdered sugar To taste
Butter As needed

How to Make Breakfast Apple Frittata

Step 1
Peel and core the apples. Cut into wedges and place in a bowl with juice of half a lemon and cinnamon powder. Mix and let rest for 20 minutes.

Crack the eggs into a bowl, add granulated sugar, and beat with an electric whisk until light and frothy.

Add grated lemon zest from the remaining half and pour in the milk.

Add the sifted flour.

Soak raisins in cold water for 10 minutes, squeeze well, then add to the mixture.

Mix everything well.

Add the apples and mix again.

Melt a knob of butter in an 8-inch non-stick pan.

Pour in the apple mixture.

Cover with a lid and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes.
