Step 1
In a bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form.

Drizzle in the condensed milk and fold gently until smooth and thick.

Fold in the chocolate chips.

Line a baking pan with plastic wrap. Dunk each biscuit in milk and layer them at the bottom.

Pour the cream mixture over the cookies and spread evenly with a spatula.

Top with another layer of milk-dipped biscuits.

Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours.
Step 8
Once frozen, remove from the pan, peel off the wrap, trim the edges, and slice into squares.
