Classic apple pie with a touch of blueberry jam

Ingredients

In cups and grams:

3 apples (approximately 450 grams)
juice of half a lemon (2 tablespoons or 30 ml)
2 tablespoons sugar (25 grams)
2 eggs
A pinch of salt
120 g sugar (1-2 cup)
Vanilla flavor (1 teaspoon or 5 ml)
100 ml seed oil (1-3 cup – 1 tablespoon)
50 ml milk (1-4 cup)
180 g flour (11-2 cups)
10 g of yeast powder (2 teaspoons)
Cranberry jam (optional, 1/4 cup or 60 grams to decorate)
Sugar powder (for sprinkling, 1-2 tablespoons)
