Ingredients:

  • 500g fresh peaches, peeled and diced
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 200g crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Directions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the condensed milk until smooth.
  2. Add in the diced peaches and vanilla extract, mix until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peach mixture.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9×9 inch baking dish to form the crust.
  5. Pour the peach mixture over the crust and spread it out evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
  7. Before serving, garnish with fresh mint leaves.
