Homemade Samosa Sheet Recipe

🧂 Ingredients:

* All-purpose flour – 1½ cups
* Salt – ½ tsp
* Water – as needed (to make dough)
* Oil – for brushing
* Flour – for dusting

👩‍🍳 Process:

1. Make a smooth dough, rest for 10 mins.
2. Divide into 16 pieces, roll each into a small roti.
3. Brush oil on 3 rotis, dust with flour.
4. Stack: oiled/floured rotis on top of each other, place 1 plain roti on top.
5. Roll gently into a large sheet.
6. Cook on low flame for 30 sec, flip and cook 10 sec.
7. Separate sheets while hot.
8. Trim edges, shape for samosas or spring rolls.
9. Wrap & store in an airtight box (up to 2 months)
